After the original developers left the top two floors of both towers incomplete, we provided documentation and interior design to achieve permits, making luxury units ready for sale.

To resolve extreme wind velocity at the pool deck level we teamed with French Engineers to devise a series of perforated panels to significantly reduce wind speed, enhance privacy, and generate electricity via turbine capture at accelerated currents near tower corners.

The initial Ground floor retail space built out in the Mosaic towers available lease space. It included primarily retail, but also a juice bar and fresh produce. 

This grand entry and Lobby space was made possible by the extra height volume created by the adjacent double helix garage, and flat parking bays directly above. The elevator lobby (center left) efficiently serves both the ground floor and all floors of the garage and residential tower.
